Onions,Open polinated  It is a favorite for onion rings since it has single centers and large, crisp rings.Keeps well for weeks at room temperature.

Cucumbers, lemon and traditional and not to be seen again until next summer. This late in the season after you slice them up they can sometimes be better juiced or put in a smoothie.
Peppers, Bell,Sweet Italian Fresh or roasted it is the last time until next Summer.

Herbs, just leave out to dry .Use later when there is nothing fresh. Or pour hot water over the fresh mint and enjoy tea.
Kale, sweeter because of the frost. Start thinking every time you eat ,how can I use greens? Cut up and put on your nachos, put in your quesadillas use as a wrap,Kale chips, smoothies,Potato Kale soup,
Winter Squash, Waltham Butternut,Pensylvania Butternut,Spaghetti,Burgess Buttercup,Delicata, Sweet Meat. We are putting all of the ones out that have spots that were frozen DO NOT KEEP THESE ! EAT within a week!
