Making Nutrient-Dense Broth and Stock: Beef and Stock

Health for you and your family can be easy to accomplish and it all starts with one simple meal: Meat Stock. This meal helps with gut problems, cold/flu, chronic illnesses, and so much more. Chase will be teaching you how to make a basic chicken, beef, and spiced chicken meat stock along with the knowledge of how to use the meat stock for you and your family to heal yourselves. There will be samples of all three dishes at the end.  Chase Campbell is a certified Traditional Foods, Cook. A philosophy and techniques that are based on the Nourishing Traditions and Weston A Price way of food preparation and living.
