Farm Dinners 2020

Farm Dinners

This farmer-chef loves to tell the story of the food from the soil where it is grown to the plate where it is served.

We want to reconnect our guests to the origin of their food and to honor the local farmers, food artisans, and vintners who cultivate the local bounty that we so enjoy here in Utah. The menu will be created with local ingredients and dictated by what we freshly harvest from Red Acre Farm. In keeping with our focus on local food culture, other ingredients are sourced from local farms, gardens, and ranches.

In the end, a great meal is not about food and wine. A great meal is an experience. Not one that just leaves you full, but satisfied and feeling better. A great meal is a kind of journey that returns you to the sources of pleasure you may have forgotten and take you to places you have been before.

Make your reservations now before our table is full.

Price includes tax and gratuity. Guests may bring their own wine, complimentary corkage and wine glasses will be provided.
