We love making pies with what is in season – and this is the season for pie!

We don’t just make pie – each of these handcrafted beauties do not come in a flimsy aluminum throw away pie pan – they come in a real 9″ glass pie dish. Our pies are all made on the farm by the farmer with the very best ingredients – organic is always our first choice, and if we did not grow the ingredients ourselves we sourced them as locally as we could from the smallest farms possible. Every slice is wickedly good.

Salted Caramel Apple Pie

Some people think apple pie is boring, but our recipe will make even the most skeptical pie eater sneak an extra slice onto their plate. Made from fresh local apples and our housemade salted caramel which are both delicious in their own right. The ensemble these ingredients create together along with the buttery, thick crust will leave you with a new definition of apple pie.

Black Bottom Pumpkin Pie

We start thinking about this pie in January when we order seeds for the best pie pumpkins - generic canned pie-filling just can't compare. We break tradition by spreading a layer of local, Utah, Soltice chocolate on the crust. Gluten-Free Crust Available

Old-Fashioned Pecan Pie

Pecans are aplenty. We source our nuts from Hurricane and hand-crack each nut - a true labor of love. Whereas a typical pecan pie is cloyingly sweet with a sticky and gooey texture, this one is much softer and has a somewhat creamy bite to it.

Sweet Cranberry Sage Pie

With summer a distant memory, colorful fruit is hard to find. We anxiously await our boxes of bright red cranberries from our friend's 2-acre farm in the pacific-northwest. Cranberries are the perfect complement to apples and pears but are also delicious on their own, and especially when paired with sage fresh from our herb garden.

Eggnog with a Gingersnap Crust Pie

This is the perfect pie for the holiday season. We start by baking a fresh batch of our famous ginger cookies, then blend them into a fine crumb along with real butter, and finally line the pie pan and fill with a delicious eggnog filling featuring classic holiday spices.
