This Class will cover the basic techniques of the Nourishing Traditions Diet in 8 classes from August 23-Oct. 11th and they include:

  1. Culturing Dairy
  2. The Technique of Lacto-Fermentation: Vegetables, Fruits and Beverage
  3. Making Nutrient-Dense Broth and Stock: Beef and Stock
  4. Soaking and Preparing Beans
  5. Soaking and Preparing Grains
  6. Making Enzyme-Rich Sauces
  7. Making Salad Dressings and Marinades
  8. Liver and Liver Pate

Each class will include the following:

  • Instruction on how to perform the technique
  • Demo of the Technique with tasting of the prepared food
  • Hands-on instruction
  • The Theory about each Technique and why it’s important

This series will give you the ability to get educated about food and how it works with your body to keep you healthy and nourished in a world that is full of processed foods and foods that shouldn’t be found on a table.
