Who doesn’t love a delicious loaf of sourdough bread! Make a loaf for your family, give it as a gift, or just make it to make it! Come join us in the Red Acre farmhouse kitchen.

This hands-on class teaches the major points of bread baking: hand mixing and folding, shaping, proofing, and baking using several different methods; clay, cast iron, and more. You’ll bake bread in our Wolf oven and observe what a fully proofed loaf looks like before it goes into the oven. You’ll also cover the basics of a sourdough starter including a feeding schedule. You will leave the class smiling with your own sourdough starter, a recipe, and a loaf of bread.
