If we did not grow the ingredients ourselves we sourced them as locally as we could from the smallest farm possible so every bite is absolutely delicious!

Sourdough Bread

Our base recipe contains only 4 simple ingredients. We use organic flour, Real Salt from Utah, water, and our sourdough start - no commercial yeast. Our sandwich and 100% whole wheat loaves are baked in a traditional sandwich loaf pan.
