About the Event

Since pre-packaged pre-made food is so readily at our fingertips some of us have forgotten the joy of making it ourselves. Honestly, it isn’t that much harder to whip up a batch of biscuits than it is to go to the grocery store, come home, and pop open that can. And frankly, there is just NO comparison.

Being in the kitchen has always been second nature to me. I grew up with a mom that loved to bake, cook, and even owned a restaurant in her younger days. I relish pulling out of a hot oven my batch of homemade biscuits or scones or whipping out a pie crust for pot pies, tarts, fruit pie, or those cute hand pies.
