About the Event
Inspired over a decade ago by OITF to set one long table, we set it again for the 12th year here on the farm. This "Farm to Fork" is a bit different, because the chef is also the farmer.
Small bites will be passed, local homebrew served, and of course, a farm tour is given. The menu will be created and dictated by what we freshly harvest from Red Acre Farm. Several courses are served throughout the evening farm style (or family-style.) Offerings will include full vegetarian & Vegan options, and grass-fed meat dishes. Discussion and questions from the guests will be encouraged.
The sun will set. Fire and candles will be lit. This is our favorite night of the year - it is magical. There is something a little different every year. But the farm, the farmer, and the wonderful people who come together at this table to break bread and share the universal language of food never changes.
Price includes tax and gratuity.
Guests may bring their own wine, complimentary corkage and wine glasses will be provided.
These events are geared to adults. We do not recommend that you bring children.
