About the Event
No instruments involved, but there will be beautiful jams. A 2 1/2 -hour class with Sara the farmer and chef. We will make a batch of jam together with what is available in season - from start to finish. Learn techniques and simple tricks for making fresh fruit jams and take home 3 1/2 pint jars for your larder.
