About the Event
This hands-on class teaches the significant points of bread baking: hand mixing and folding, shaping, proofing, and baking using several different methods; clay, cast iron, and more. You’ll bake bread in our Wolf oven and observe what a fully proofed loaf looks like before it goes into the oven. In addition, we will cover the basics of a sourdough starter, including a feeding schedule. You will leave the class smiling with a sourdough booklet, sourdough starter, and a loaf of bread that you made.
