Quiche is the perfect Easter or spring dish. In this 1 1/2 hour class we will make a quiche, learn the tricks for a flaky crust from scratch, the perfect ratio of dairy for a creamy custard, and how to prepare quiche fillings. We will finish by eating quiche!
