About the Event
Pickling/Fermentation is a great way to preserve vegetables. So many unique and fun flavors. We will be covering the basics. You will learn the difference between salt and vinegar preserving. And why this is so healing, especially for your gut biome. We will work hands-on and you will take home a pint of pickles for your larder.
We welcome both newbies and veterans.
