Saving seed is important for so many reasons. Especially for adaptability. Living in this harsh climate it is important to have seeds that have been grown here, making it easier to grow because they have adapted to this environment.

There’s a lot that goes into seed saving. It can become overwhelming at times but it doesn’t have to be. We will show you some tricks and some simple ways to save your seed in a home garden. What varieties you can’t save, and how to select varieties to save.

Generations before us have saved, shared, and passed seed down from friend to friend, neighbor to neighbor, family to family. Don’t let this craft die, carry on this most important tradition. Come be inspired, and learn how to save & share seeds.
