Utah Wine Festival Farm To Fork Dinner

About the Event
Join us for a unique dining experience under the open sky. This farm to fork dinner will include wine. We are excited to have our local winery, IG Winery serving and pairing the wine.
There will be Nips (passed) & Sips served before we gather for a farm tour. A sit down dinner will be served family-style (or farm style). Discussion and questions from the guests will be encouraged. The menu will be created by farmer and chef Sara Patterson with ingredients dictated by what we freshly harvest from Red Acre Farm. In keeping with our focus on local food culture, other ingredients are sourced from artisan producers, local farms, gardens, and ranches as well. The menu will include full vegetarian & Vegan options, and grass-fed meat dishes. The dinner will be spontaneous and of the season. A menu will be on the table that evening.
