Black Bottom Pumpkin Pie

We start thinking about this pie in January when we order seeds for the best pie pumpkins—generic canned pie filling just can’t compare.
Black Bottom doesn’t mean burnt ;) At least we hope not. We break tradition by spreading a layer of local Utah Ritual chocolate on the crust.
