Globosa Mix (Globe Amaranth)
Often called globe amaranth, this petite amaranth relative grows about 2 ft tall and produces masses of small, papery, clover-like blooms in white, pink, and rosy red tones. Excellent for cut flowers, ornamental pots, and one of the best for drying. We grow it for both fresh and dried use, though harvest can be time-consuming since stems are small and numerous. Mature plants tend to flop, so staking or netting helps keep stems upright for cutting.
