We always have Cuts for sale at “The Back Porch” here on the farm or at the Farmer’s Markets.

Call email or text us if you want a particular cut brought to a Farmer’s Market. (prices vary depending on the market)

All meat is frozen, from a USDA butcher and vacuum packaged allowing it to be stored in the freezer for at least up to 1 year. Each type of cut is labeled on the packaging.
