We know Stan and his family. It is always good to visit their farm. We appreciate and love what they are doing.
You are what you eat, and that goes for animals. Their cattle spend each day of summer out on fresh green pasture. Eating close to their natural diet helps produce the most nutrient-dense and healthiest beef.
-100% pasture Raised, pasture finished beef - Never fed grain
-Raised on the high valleys and pastures of Utah
-Rich in Omega 3's, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Antioxidants, and conjugated Linoleic acid (CLA)
-"Drug-Free" (No hormones or antibiotics)
- The cows get fresh, clean pasture every day in a way that regenerates the soil
A USDA inspected butcher dry ages the beef 14 to 21 days before hand-carving it into mouthwatering steaks, roasts, and burgers. Because we dry age the whole beef, even our burger tastes like steak!

Beef

We partner with Christiansen Family Farm for pork. The pigs, a Berkshire cross, roam on large, open pastures and wallow in their self-made mud holes.
Berkshires are known for their rich flavor, darker-colored meat, and beautiful marbling crossed with other wonderful breeds, including Yorkshire and Hampshire hogs, giving an incredibly well-rounded hog.
Keeping pigs in a natural and comfortable environment makes it easy to keep things simple without extra steps, procedures, and medications often found in commercially raised pigs.
They are herded gently when needed, and electric prods are never used. These happy pigs are raised in the fresh outdoors! They have a large shelter where they can escape the elements when they want to. Otherwise, they are free to run around and explore.
