Delicious early cabbage with compact ~3 lb heads packed with tender, thin, crisp, peppery-sweet leaves. Holds well in the field and is slow to split. Our customers found this one exceptionally sweet and flavorful — one even told us it was the best cabbage they'd ever had (not a direct quote, but there was a very enthusiastic 15-minute conversation to that effect). A standout fresh-eating cabbage. MUST NET. It's a Cabbage Moth lover.

A mid-late red with good flavor. The 4-5 lb heads are thick and crisp, but not tough. Long-standing in the field.
