A striped Italian eggplant with lavender and white skin — undeniably more beautiful than the “boring black” types (in our opinion). Tender, mild flesh and good productivity. A favorite for both looks and eating.
Black Beauty Eggplant
The classic standard (Sara says “boring”), with large, glossy black fruits of excellent quality. Very tasty and reliable. Sometimes the old types are classics for a reason.
Rosa Bianca Eggplant
Round, softly ribbed fruits in lavender and blush tones with creamy white flesh. Mild, tender, and never bitter — one of our best for eating. Beautiful enough that even Sara wouldn’t call this one boring.
